£110 for an virtual initial assessment, (£125 face-to-face within Leicestershire) diagnosis and consultation for a 50 minutes appointment plus a 10 minutes follow up call to discuss assessment and any other queries you may have. BOOK NOW
£65 for follow up 30 minutes virtual appointment. BOOK NOW
BUPA referrals accepted. Book an appointment using the links above, contact BUPA and request my services using provider number 30050105. Enter your authorisation code when booking and ignore request for payment.
